Purpose of the Platform

Forgement is a development and progress-tracking platform designed to support learning, mentorship, accountability, and skill development.

Important: Forgement does not provide professional, legal, medical, fitness, martial arts, security, or educational certification. Users remain responsible for their own training, decisions, and actions.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Activities occurring under their account

Accounts may not be shared without permission.

User Content

Users may submit:

Journal entries
Feedback
Progress updates
Skill records
Other platform content

Users retain ownership of their content.

By submitting content, users grant Forgement permission to store and display that content as necessary to operate the platform.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Violate applicable laws
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with platform operation
Harass other users
Upload malicious software
Misrepresent achievements or credentials

Mentorship and Verification

Mentor verification features are provided as organizational and development tools.

Note: Verification within Forgement does not constitute professional certification, licensing, employment qualification, or legal endorsement.

Platform Availability

Forgement is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, be added, removed, or modified at any time, particularly during beta development.

Account Suspension

Forgement reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or threaten platform integrity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgement shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Users assume responsibility for their own training, decisions, and activities.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
