Delete Your Forgement Account

You can request deletion of your Forgement account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is removed, and what limited information may be retained.

Forgement is operated by Faugment LLC.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from within Forgement:

  1. 1Sign in to Forgement.
  2. 2Open Profile / Settings.
  3. 3Select Delete Account.
  4. 4Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.

Can't access your account?

If you are unable to sign in, you can still request account deletion by reaching out through our contact page. Please use the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process your request.

What is deleted with your account

Deleting your account permanently removes your data from Forgement. This may include:

Profile and account data
Training records and journal entries
Goals and accomplishments
Pathway and skill progress
ForgeIQ conversation and user-generated data
Other user-generated content associated with your account

Information we may retain

After you delete your account, we may retain limited information where it is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or transaction-record purposes.

Any such retained information is kept only for the applicable required retention period, and is then deleted or anonymized.
