Why We Built Forgement
Forgement grew out of a career spent developing people across very different worlds, including military leadership, executive protection, instruction, fitness, and martial arts.
In every one of those fields, the same problem kept appearing. Knowledge was inconsistent. Progress was hard to measure. Mentorship depended entirely on who happened to be in the room, and years of hard-won experience often disappeared the moment someone moved on.
Great mentors were everywhere. The systems to develop people in a consistent, lasting way were not.
Forgement was created to close that gap, to give development the structure, accountability, and permanent record it has always deserved, no matter the discipline.

There are no advertisements.
