Hi, I'm Joseph Feliciano. Throughout my career I've had one passion: helping people develop. As a Military Police Sergeant, executive protection leader, mentor, fitness coach, and MBA graduate, I spent years building training programs, leading teams, and guiding people through structured growth.
One problem kept appearing everywhere I looked.
